Fitness
Our Fitness programs are designed to give the opportunity to train like an athlete. The programs are strength-focused and modified to specific individual abilities and goals. Each adult athlete has an FMS screening and given corrective exercises that they can perform daily in addition to the normal workout programming to help make them feel better and move well.
All HYTE programs include periodization structure, alternative exercises, creativity and motivation.
PRIVATE / REHAB

Private training is for someone that needs one-on-one direction and strict accountability.

Our virtual package is great for anyone who can’t make it to our location. You can use our programing on your own time at the gym, or you have the option to join our scheduled live classes.
